Here it happens pretty much every weekend in the angeles forest twisties, at least during the summer. I'd say 50% of the times i go up on the weekend at least one bike is down and many are fatalities. Just saw a fatality happened up there yesterday actually, tho i wasted up there, just saw it on the news. But yeah, it's a very high risk hobby to say the least. and the more you realize and fear that the safer you'll be. But theres always the unavoidable unfortunately. I quit riding for 20 years due to my fear of this. Probably would never have got back in if i didn't happen upon seeing a speedmaster. I just could not stop thinking about that bike and it sucked me back in when i thought i was done with them for life.
