well i think there's a real sign of age showing through this post ! (not that im agest or anything!)

I pay $0, we had it turned off. Programs I wanted to see, the background music is so loud, you can't hear people in the show talking. Others the ads were every 10 minutes for 10 ads. I decided that I had better things to do like read a book or something.

A very good move on your part. Mae Lyne loves TV and watches a variety of stuff. My dad has always been into sports and he watches most any kind of sporting event. And at 90 years old, he does not get out a whole lot. I grew up with out TV and I could easily do without it. I, too, am an avid reader. I probably average two or three hours a week watching TV - now that it is NASCAR racing season.

We never had TV when I was a kid but that is because TV was banned in our country as it would corrupt our morals. The first TV I had was a few years after I started working

well i have a love hate thing going on with my tv ! love discovery, history ,discovery turbo, moto gp, world super bikes ! hate everything else !
i would rather read a good work shop manual !
