Brekkie run 2/12/2012

Hah! About time I got my arse back in the saddle.

Mother nature thought she would keep me at home with the weather, it drizzled all the way until the Cradle where it really started to rain down.

Luckily my kit is waterproof as I hadn't even thought of bringing a rainsuit with me.

Arrived at the good old Zenobias (or what ever it's called now) - they've done quite a bit to the place since I was there last. New toilets, shadow net, waterfall outside.

Forgot to mention that whilst in hospital some of the pints and pints of blood they took from me, tested my cholesterol and apparently I'm a heart attack waiting to happen, so I've been on a boring diet ever since. Lost 5kg's so far. (oooh that's 5hp innit?)
Today I decided was a skip day, so had a hearty brekkfast.

Ahhh was good fun, not too cold either. A couple of idiots in cages, some more who have no clue about wet weather driving too - still fantastic ride out. Can't wait for next Sunday now!

I got fairly well soaked, so I didn't stop anywhere and was home before 9am.

Actually for once I didn't brake the egg, that's the sauce from the beans.
I broke the egg just after I took the shot.
To the left of the egg is some lightly fried salami, man the flavour went through the whole plate, yummmm.

+3 Good for you. It is great to know that you are back in the saddle.

I gained 5 pounds/2 kilograms over the Thanksgiving holiday. Time to watch what I eat! for a while.
