This weather is bothersome and depressing but the good thing about it is it gets rid of the love bugs, which i dearly hate with a passion. I bet La. will welcome this cold for that reason too.

I didn't get cold enough here to hurt the love bugs.
I hate love bugs, hope this does take care of them.
We went for burgers at lunch and this was between the house and Whataburger. . .

Wow that is cold for the Houston area, especially this time of year. I knew the Arctic air masses were pushing farther south this year than normal, but I didn't think it would affect you guys that bad. You're right on the Gulf of Mexico, fer crying out loud.
I remember we had this type of cold weather when i was young, as i grew older i always said i was going to move to California where it was warm all the time, life was so much innocent when you are a kid, no one told me about the fires mud slides. No matter where you live there is always a bad side every once in a while. Still i think of the Beach Boys and the parties in those films.
