Help Support Triumph Motorcycle Forum:
A car in good condition and a good battery, you don't need them to start the car.... but it's nice to have. Diesels need them more so than gasoline powered vehicles.

It's supposed to be 80 here first few days of next week, tho now it'd been in the ever so chilly 60's and 70's.
