I "pulled the trigger" and purchased a 2008 Triumph Bonneville T100 last night. I am apparently the 3rd owner, and she has 31,000 miles. At present, she JUST fits in my garage with my car. Here are some photos of her, taken by the previous owner for his Craigslist offering. The seller included proper Triumph leather saddle bags, along with a set of cordura bags, a bike cover, and the original shocks.
Here's what he wrote about the bike in the listing: "Selling my Triumph Bonneville T100 in excellent condition. No accidents and it has been to all scheduled maintenance. Will provide all records. Kept in the garage. Excellent condition. Has dual mode devise charger, clock, handlebar device mount. Kayaba 15W oil in front fork recently changed, 15 click adjusted gas shocks just installed, new battery, new ignition coil, new sensor ignition coil, new iridium sparks. 1K miles since last service."

My motorcycle training class is in 3 weeks, and then I can seriously take her for a ride.

Wow it sure is in great condition and has all the bells and whistles needed, congratulations. That colour combination is also very smart.

I will be interested to hear how you like those Triumph bags once you get around to using them.

Well that looks a well loved,sensible extras,cracking purchase,good luck with "Ann-margret" and hope you both have a happy,loving relationship,enjoy.

Yes, it was obviously well taken care of, and I love the paint scheme. Without a license, I sadly didn't ride it before buying, but it started, idled and revved nicely; and the overall condition gave me pretty good assurance it would run well.

Well I am sure once you do get to ride it you will be very happy with your purchase and not many upgrades needed either, but I am sure you will find one or two that you will want to do as well all do :D

She's a beauty just like her namesake. What a nice find. Good luck with her and enjoy!
I have those Triumph bags and they're great, no issues.

Sorry Steve I'm late to your great news, the colour is top notch. It looks like a fantastic bike that's for sure. You're going to have a great time on her. Good for you, hope your course goes well. As to the VIN Number I would think Triumph USA would be best placed to help you on that score.

@Greyfell I take it you have now ridden the bike so how was it on the ride?
No, I haven't ridden the bike yet. I plan on waiting two weeks to take the motorcycle class. On top of that, it took almost 10 minutes to get her in the garage in a way I could still get my car in. That is going to be remedied, soon; I'm not going to do that every time I ride her, and I'm not going to park the car outside.

Incidentally, I learned today she was made in Hinckley.

That bike sure looks nice, I really do love that colour combination.

I also have an issue like that each time I ride. The bike is in a shed in the back so each time I have to move the car so I can ride the bike from the back into the front yard.
