95 Thunderbird electrical connector question

Spotted one unused connector next to battery box with no matching connector to plug into.
Is this for an aftermarket parts, like alarm?

In the pic, it is the one on the right.

Also, there is a second connector (left in same pic) that has two pins bridged.
What is this for?

Manual in the way and will look up the diagram but wanted to know before then.

Glad to hear that a manual is on the way.
It will answer many questions, but in the meantime, maybe somebody has an answer.

Looking at the wiring diagram, this appears to be alarm related. I'd assume they put it there for people to connect an aftermarket part.
