2013 explorer wont start ,

wont start , new battery, filled with fuel, cant hear the fuel pump starting ,no fuel bars ?

Check main start fuse and all fuses. Connections clean? May need to take apart some connectors and clean them. Use dielectric grease when re-assembling

as above and take all the relays out and clean them as well .... my tiger 955i a differant bike i know but it does the same thing sometimes and its one of the relays .
