Before we start let me make this clear. I know how to put a bike on the centre stand. Having owned bikes for over 50 years, I do not need to be taught how.
My problem, specifically is that having bought a T100 SE that had obviously been modified to be "even lower" than standard. I want it to be back to how it was supplied, or, even higher. I have put the standard rear shocks on and made sure that the centre stand is factory fitted. But find that I can only heave it on the stand by placing the back wheel on a 30mm block of wood to start with.
This can not possibly be right. My reason for posting this guys, is, if anyone with a SE with a centre stand, could take a couple of measurements for me to compare.
For example, Air gap between road and rear tyre when on the stand. Height of your shocks unloaded. Plus any other historic info, ie. do you have problems too.
