LOL ! Nice ! I bought a box of 200 max lite pairs when i bought my speedmaster 3 years ago and i still have more than 1/2 left ! I use each pair up to 10 times or more unless they get disgusting. i don't have that dispenser tho. 
You must have awesome hearing if you need all those just for your own personal usage....199 ears? Is there any room left on your head for a nose?
With a bit of effort I can squeeze 3 into each ear.
