I don't think I would make one winter like that

It is as rocky says all down to what you are used too ! But I hate the heat it's horrible sticky and energy sapping .
For me working as a saw miller and forester any thing between 5c. And 8c is fine for chainsaw work. And 10c and 15c is fine for the mill, for riding I like it around 18 c to. 21 c. But no more or it's just uncomfortable .
You have to remember that I was brought up with no central heating and your breath frozen on the blankets in the morning was a regular thing as was the in side of the bedroom windows .
I can never dress enough to keep warm. I get tired of stripping off and putting on layers. When I sweat, I take a shower .![]()
