Well today our weather is going to be 18 degree Celsius = 64.4 degree Fahrenheit to a high of 30 degree Celsius = 86 degree Fahrenheit. It is now 06:30am and I have just been outside and it is warm enough not to even put a jacket on just short sleeves :p

Well at 04:30am this morning the outside temperature was 20 degree Celsius = 68 degree Fahrenheit. This is why I say when we do get those cold days in winter it becomes very unpleasant for us and we just grin and bear it as we know it will only be a few days run of it.

WHAT ! , !!!!!!! 20. That's a gorgeous day and a warm one at that just nice to ride in but a bit warm for work .

Whenever the subject of winter comes up I generally sit back and smile - and often roll my eyes - especially when 20C is considered cold :y2: :y15: :y15:
Oh well, it's whatever you're used to so I try to show a little compassion and understanding :)
It's 15C outside this morning, but the house is at 28C and I have a fan on to move the air around this room.

As I said we just not equipped for cold weather and we also a bunch of :baby: when it comes to cold BGRIN

For me, it would be the reverse; adapting to very hot temps.
When we were in Australia it got up to 41C one day and we nearly cooked. There was no humidity so at least it was bearable, but still felt like being in an oven.
That's the hottest temp I have ever felt in my life. Even the Ozzies were complaining about the heat, but we didn't let it slow us down.
We get some fairly hot and humid days in August, but only for a week or two at most - and that's not constant.
But from day to day you never know what it may be like because the weather changes so quickly here where the hot continental air meets the cold North Atlantic Ocean.

It is as rocky says all down to what you are used too ! But I hate the heat it's horrible sticky and energy sapping .
For me working as a saw miller and forester any thing between 5c. And 8c is fine for chainsaw work. And 10c and 15c is fine for the mill, for riding I like it around 18 c to. 21 c. But no more or it's just uncomfortable .
You have to remember that I was brought up with no central heating and your breath frozen on the blankets in the morning was a regular thing as was the in side of the bedroom windows .
