I turned 55 in June, my back feels 55, my knee feels 55, my brain wants to be 25. My son will be 25 in September, he rides a Kawi 650 Ninja, seems like only yesterday he was a little guy. Time surely does fly, life is very short so we best ride as much as possible.

Rocky you are so right as I see some of my friends a few years younger than me that are old real old and its because they think that way. I have to remind myself that I am not in my 20's at times but I like it that way

i used to think the same thing and it came to me one day. At least i think this is why. I think we see a given amount of time as it relates to how long we've been here. So when you are 10, you've only been here 10 years and therefore 1 year seems fairly long because it's 10% of your lifetime. When you are 50 that year is only 2% of the time you've been here. So it seems like nothing, and if things are linear in this theory that would mean a year would go 5 times as fast for the 50 year old as the ten year old. It's scary.

i think as it goes from your head it reapears in your ears and nose ! a bit like a peace of string if you pull it through a hole
