Type Of Paint For Rear Triumph Seat Imprint

Silly question in that I would like to fill in the Triumph rear seat imprint with either white or gold paint. My question is what type of paint would one use and has anyone done this successfully?

Permanent ink pen, craft stores or Walmart has them.

There was a thread about this quite a while back. Maybe you could find it using search. But then it's been quite a while, so maybe there are more updated ideas and products.

I used a silver paint pen with an ultra-fine tip on it out of Michaels and it worked very well.
