Towers; Miles From Home.

This is the CN tower in Toronto and my view through the glass/plexiglass floor into the baseball stadium with the roof retracted - home of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. I've attended some games there.
I have to admit that stepping on that clear floor was like stepping into an open space

Cotham Parish Church.
200 yards from home.

Built 1842 in the Gothic Revival Style. The 'Marian Martyrs' were burned to death for heresy on the site during the 1550s.

Durdham Down Water Tower
1 mile from home.

Built 1954. Dodecagon water tank.
Storage capacity 2.73m litres of potable water, supply to local population.

Durdham Down Water Tower
1 mile from home.

Much nicer looking than the water town near my home as a youngster in Minnesota, which was a "bulb on top of a tower."
