Be safe, TD. Never can tell where those storm cells are going to touch down and cause devastation.
We have our own weather issues up this way but rarely anything as deadly as tornadoes.
Don't wish them on anyone.

I made it back, all of our stuff made it too, the winds were very strong . all of the tornadoes were a few miles away but as always feels like they are right there with you. This time of the year around here its always like this, we have been lucky as the weather has been quiet for a long time until the other night. This weekend is going to be very nice and its going to be bike riding time for me, going to make a few rides just to look around, the trees are almost all green and it should be nice!

Glad you and and the staff made it through with no damage or injuries. It is the tornado time of year in your area, Our tornadoes usually come in the summer and with hurricanes.

This time of the year is tornado time probably last until it gets really hot and even then sometimes we have them, and yes those hurricanes bring some around too but not unless it comes straight in on us. Just have to keep your chainsaw in top shape and the chain sharp.

You got that right! Last weekend I had my chain saw and plow saw out trimming trees around the power line coming into our house. A little preventative work for the coming hurricane season.

Listening to the weather freaks they are all tooling up for this year's hurricane season, i think these storms we are having are egging them on. Today another rain and wind system will be coming to visit us as the 3 inches we got the other day wasn't enough, the ground is saturated enough and that wind might push over some trees if the wind is strong enough. No problem my saw is ready, and by the way i have a new wood split-er i decided last year that i was going to sell firewood instead of throwing it away, its a little work but dam good exercise and i can always use the $ might as well make lemonade out of those lemons!
