I was slow yesterday, too. I think everyone in the US is out riding. The weather is great across most of the country.

Not getting any riding in at the moment, I,ve only just got to being able to put a shoe on my right foot due to an attack of gout(stop laughing at the back ).
Don,t know how i got it as its supposed to be the affliction of rich men so that's me out the picture. Told Deborah King Henry the 8Th had it so I was in good company, but she said " No he had syphilis" . Living on Ibrufin at the moment but limping a lot faster. :y115:
