Wow, I've never come across one like you before.:y15:

Joking aside I also have a very good man that has done some very good work for me. He'll take a call and give advice for free as long as it isn't complicated. It's the 99% bad ones that give your 1% group a bad name.:y2:
UH OH - Looks like I've become a 1%er! Guess I have to beat the crap out of the next person I see, especially if he's a foot shorter and 100 pounds lighter than I am.

What law do you specialize in then as I have no idea how you guys do it your side
At this stage of my career, I have a litigation practice where I defend professionals against malpractice suite (Doctors, lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals) and I also have an active construction defect defense practice.

I love this this place - lively discussion and lots of grins! BGRIN TUP

I have to agree with you Carl, you never know what you will read next.

So while in training. . . What tanning oil do suggest to fully prepare you for the islands of the South Pacific and the coming rumble?

LOL.
Back in 77 I was sent on a Honda Dealer trip to Tahiti and have a group photo of us all lined up, I look like a would be 70's porn star, with the sun tan and speedos, it's a crack up in hindsight.

I'm game to totally embarrass myself with the previously mentioned photo. Possible idea for a new thread "photos that should not have been developed".
I'm the one on the left, looking like I'm ready for Linda Lovelace.:y2:

Linda Lovelace? Looks more like you're ready for Leisure Suit Larry!

However, I wish I'd have had an employer who would have sen me to Tahiti on his (or someone else's) dime. Lucky you...........

I'll have to look up "Leisure Suit Larry" that's a new one to me but I think it will be adding fuel to the thumping you are going to get.:y2:

The "dime" was from Honda Australia, good times. We are from a very small city and were pumping 5 CB750's out a day plus the other smaller bikes.

Edit,
I'm the only one from our shop, the others are from all over Australia.

Wow that is not a bad turnover at all for any bike shop in a smaller town

They were the best of times, soon after it slowed back to a more normal situation. I don't think they will ever come back. Our town was full of young men who worked in the coal and steel industries and had money to burn. When I started my apprenticeship in the fitting and machining class within out company we had 125 1st year apprentices, almost as many electricians and a similar number of boilermakers. I've been told today they only take on 6 or 7 fitters a year.
