My bad then...I thought you were referring to my post.

The bookmark I use always used to take me to the forum index page with a login box at the top. That login has now disappeared and I have to click a link to login, which then brings me back to the index page again.

Aj I am not sure why this would happen but you don’t have to log out if you tick the log in forever option and when you leave the forum just close the page. When you return you will still be logged in. The only time I log out is when I need to switch users to test. If when logged in you bookmark something like the lounge or show unread messages it should then force the login block to appear if you logout and return via that bookmark :y18:

No problem...I just changed my bookmark to the login link.

I am a bit of a fanatic about making sure I log-out of anyplace I go online. Paranoid I suppose.

If I log out I cannot remember my login details then I also need to remember my e-mail address that I used to register. So for me when I lose my cookies it cause me undue stress all round :y114:

My browser is set to clear all cookies, history, and temporary files every time I close it.

I log out of financial sites and clear the cookies. I stay logged in to the forums.

Yes this is about the only time I log out as well but forums I don’t worry about much
