@Rocky I would get a real kick out of seeing those old bikes still riding around in such good condition.
It's a joy to see them on the road and looking and running so well.
Much $$$ and time went into them, but once finished they are a joy to own and ride.
We/they don't thrash the crap out of them so they will run indefinitely.
Lots of fresh oil and a reasonable throttle hand keeps them like new.
 
I love the old Z models from Kawasaki, just got a new oldie, a Z1000ST shaft drive, needs a bit of work after sitting for over 8 years, but looks like it will be a good thing and joins the 74 Z1A and 77 Z1000A in the shed
