Life is a bitch then you die.

I had a court case, in which the main witness lied in Court, said I called her a Bitch.
That worked in her favour.!
The Females Magistrate , had got up in the Wrong Bed and was Furious.
It didn't matter what the Charge was or where I was the Innocence Party.
I would have been Strung Up and Hanged , there and then , if she could.
Even at appeal , the Hanging Judge , a Nice Man by all Accounts.
Said " You should not have called her a Bitch ! ".
I was being give a good / or bad lesson.
It was an Expensive Lesson for me ! Don't trust the system in Australia...
Its who U know , not what U know.
There's no respect for what U know , unless you excelled at one of these sports.
Cricket , Australian Rules , Rugby Union or League or Soccer.
Representing your town and or Country. Period.
Doors are Wide Open ...

So I guess it can be.

It was petty trumpted up , fence dispute , I not a local ...!
Local under 18's run rampant, get away with everything and anything.
Its a big thing , magistrates if it gets that far , give them a "stern warning " (ha !) And send them home.
Gàng them chew the fat and launch bitter campaign ..
Cycle repeats ....no criminal records for children.
Its the " do no wrong , blessem system , don't punish children //adults gone wrong system.
If one was to trip in the street , then blame the council and get a solicitor paid by system to get Compensation.
All crap...

We have some of that BS here however a lot of times juveniles can be and are sent to trial as adults. Thie is where who you are really plays a big part in who you are and related to!!!

Yes , we see that sort of stuff in American movies , for big and small towns.
Thankfully , its a smaller pond in Australia.
However Juveniles , get legal aid and also , are immune from a Criminal record , and end up with Arrests , processed prosecution , as long as your Arm.. 60 prosecutions on a record is not as unusual as one thinks.
I could give some examples of youngsters in apprenticeships that I have met. Who would steel 3 cars every week , and more than just joyride , but just drag race them around , for free fun every night. Then later on say 16 and 17 year age , sell a few Drugs and by a Nice near new or pickup as you call them . Then quit by 18 because the Cops have told them. When we catch you soon, the books going to be shown.
Are they the extreme , of course, but not rare.
There are worst violent offender's, but they do get minors prison ...
Ending up in more serious prison revolving doors later.
Australia's , been a very tolerant country , but the victims of crime pay a big price !
