Tuesday night I wrote the scariest letter I've ever had to write. I turned in my Intent To Retire Notification. The letter is just a formality to allow the plant to request permission to overfill the plant compliment in my classification so my replacement can be found before I leave. It's also gives a chance for me to pass on some of my knowledge. Almost everyone that has moved into this position has said it took them 5 years to even start getting comfortable with the job. My projected termination date is 30 April 2020 which is 237 Days, 20 Hours, 3 minutes from now. . . Not that I'm counting or anything like that. BGRIN

congrtulations Tony ! ..... but that is going to be a very slow count down , but at least the count down has begun TUP
I only have 79 schedules work days left out of those 237. We only work 14 days a month which would be 112 days, then I have vacation, floating holidays, and 2 weeks sick time I will be using. I might save some of the vacation days and just cash out on them but will have to wait for my tax expert to review the taxes before deciding how I'll handle that.
