I wish all of our USA members a very happy Thanksgiving holiday. Thanksgiving is a special time to remember all the good things we are blessed with and a time for families to gather together.

Mabel and I will leave this afternoon for North Carolina. I have to winterize the farm house and accomplish some farm related business. Unfortunately, I will not be taking the bikes. Mabel does not have cold weather riding gear yet.

This will be a weird one for me......

My Wife and I are separated, my Son in St Louis can't come home, my Daughter is going to her boyfriend's, and I'll be hanging out on the computer not doing anything for the first time in my life.

I've been happily remarried for 27 years now but I distinctly remember my first holiday alone in that previous life.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Safe Travels Carl. And AJ hang in there, do something "fun" you want to do, just for you. We are similarly alone. The kids are all off in various parts of the country and it is the first time Shannon and I have had a Thanksgiving with out "young uns " so will certainly seem strange.
