Hey Lon
I'm picking you have those same brackets
So wot did you do with the rear brakeline where it fouls the right hand bracket.

I carefully re-bent the brake line.
Couple other things I learned; the bottom of the peg supports touch the pipes. I'm not home right now, I think its the heat shield. Aftermarket, unshielded pipes may have plenty of room. It leaves a mark after a while, but as long as I ride this bike I will have the mid pegs mounted, so not an issue with me. I changed to an updated sprocket cover (the smooth, non-ribbed one), and had to grind out a place on the bottom for clearance. Worked fine with the stock '05 ribbed sprocket cover.
One other thing- many people have done away with the passenger peg hangers and screwed the rear pegs into the exhaust bracket hole. Same thread. Just have to add a flat washer or two to have proper orientation when tight. Can put your feet there, get some relief on a long trip. I remember before I had the mid-pegs, I could put my left foot on the re-located rear leaving right foot out front, and actually stand up going over railroad tracks or rough patches.
