I feel a bit guilty when I see things like your work on the bezel. I would have just got a new bezel. Over here its simply not worth fixing these as as well as all the time needed to fill and file and polish, the chrome is so expensive to get done.
i made this new bezel and the glass it came costly but i had to, glass was not scratch less so i went to an optician and he made the glass which is now spotless also the bezel got thin while polishing it and it became free in its hole on nacelle. :) bezel remind me of you :)

I see you went for the case with the 2 openings for lighting.
Talking to my friend who restores instruments as a job, these are possibly fitted to AJS/Matchless.
I thought you were going to go for the repaired bezel ?

thanks guys.....its completed bezel is new which i ll give for chrome in couple of days rest of the meter is completed. its original shell with single light hole is also ready ll install that once the bezel is done with chrome. the shell u see in pic attracts me too much :) i know its not of triumph model's atleast 61's triumph. So for the sake of originality i ll use it original shell :( anyways i m quite peaceful that it is completed :y6:
