Hi there,
I finally got a Triumph last week, its a 2010 Thruxton 900 and i love it

I am having an issue where it just seems to shudder from time to time, usually on the highway at 80-90kph. almost feels like I'm riding on corrugated road or something.

Just weird as other than that it runs and goes really well.

If anyone has any idea what would cause that i'd really appreciate it

Sorry no idea. Can you narrow down when and under what conditions it occurs?

Hi Mick,

Is it engine or frame related? if the latter it may be just wheel balancing. Check your wheels see if any of the weights have come off. Worth a check.

Thanks for the reply , i appreciate it. Took it to a local mechanic who checked the bike right over, I was stressed because it was new to me and thought the 2nd hand dealer might of sold me a dud, It has brand new tires on when i picked it up and it looks like the front tire wasn't fitted 100% correctly or maybe an old tire that wasn't stored correctly , Either way they refitted it and its micky mouse now,

So I'm back living my dream of being a Triumph owner haha
