Old Nintendo
Old VHS player
Sony walkman, and one of the first Sony "Discmans" (plays C.D.'s)
And the previously mentioned HUGE Zenith console record/radio player

Polaroid announced a bout a year or so ago that would cease making film for the old cameras. Anyone that ever owned one knows that the shelf life is limited so buying up a bunch of it won't really help.

I am sure I read they have come up with a new technology to print on the spot like that

Yes....but that means a new camera. I am referring to anyone who still has an old camera wanting to stock up on the film for it.

Some film can be stored on the freezer and will stay fresh for long periods of time. Not sure how well the Polaroid film would do in the freezer.

At one point it was damn near impossible to find record player needles....then "aftermarket" companies appeared....

I bet somebody will pick up a "niche" market for the film. Will cost 375% more than it did before, but it will exist.....heck maybe thats a business opportunity in the making.........Polaroid Boutique coming to a town near you lol.
