Yeah, that was one reason I didn’t buy it. Huge and plastic everywhere. Plus, it’s not as sexy as the scrambler.

Glad to see your pleased with your new ride , she’s a beauty for sure . The suspension issue seems common for Triumph . I’m 200 lbs and must set the rear as soft as possible but the front is weak although it’s cranked to the max , Thruxton R .

Just did a quick 80 km dash (K, maybe not a dash as it took a couple of hours) across Gray Creek Pass in BC. I’m thinking about going to a suspension tech to get set up for more rides like this in the future (got an urge to travel The Forestry Trunk Road in Alberta next year.
