I took the Twin out yesterday for the first time in a couple of months, and had to use the horn three times. Unbelievable!
I can't stand the meep-meep sound, so this morning I replaced it with the Denali-knockoff snail horn that I used to have on Barney, my 2013 Bonneville. RIP, Barney...
Installation took about 20 minutes, mainly because I had to look for my 12mm box-end wrench. LOL
Mine looks like this:
but it's a cheap $12 knock-off from eBay. I have an engine guard on my ST, so fiddling with the bolts was a pain. But it works! No more meep-meep
