New House

Just a catch up as to why I have been a little absent lately. We are currently Building a new home while still working full time so time out is scarce at the moment.

What is that water in front of the house, river, lake or the sea

His view is over Tauranga harbour with Mount Maunganui on the right Dave.
Beyond that spit of land on the far side of the harbour and the Mount is the Bay of Plenty.

Things look nice and serene at the moment but over time there will be other houses around us. We won't lose our view though but will have to share. We picked this spot because it is slow moving compared to the town of Tauranga. Will definitely keep you posted as we progress.

We have just under 200 Sq metres or around 2000 Sq feet which is plenty for the 2 of us and a couple of spare rooms for visitors.
