To each their own. My wife hasn’t ridden in 12 years and she liked the look and feel of the 400. Good seating position and light enough to inspire confidence. I don’t imagine she’ll be in it long before she tries her hand at something new. But it’s got plenty of pep for her needs at the moment. The only downside is, until it is broken in it does not like to go above ~65mph. After the first service there is an update to the ECU that allows it to behave a bit more as it should. She’s about 100 miles away from that now, so I’m hoping soon she’ll be able to open it up a bit more. Either way, no complaints on the bike or motor yet.
