I have the place to park it at my home in Lake City. You are right, Sea Dog; it does take room to maneuver it!

Kevin, I will keep you posted on my adventures! :y2:

LOL Shane, I will try to remain humble.

AJ, Palm Beach is too crowded. I'm a country boy. BGRIN

Nice set up you have there Carl, looking forward to the actual photos.

Back when both of the boys were racing the S.T.O.R.M. Hare Scramble series we were looking real hard at stepping up to a rig like this, the tent was getting a little old. Once Alex headed off to college we didn't need it anymore so I'm glad I never found one in good enough shape for what they were asking for them. At that time they were wanting top dollar for a trashed out rig.

Posting with Tapatalk for iPhone.

The prices are why I have never bought one before. This one is a bank repo. I have gone through it thoroughly and it is in better condition than average. The previous owner, whose kids were into motocross, seemed to take pretty good care of it. New, this rig had an MSRP of $79,000. I could not find the actual selling price; but I think is was around $75,000 - $76,000. There is no way I could afford a new one!!

WOW! I could never afford one in NZ. That is awfully high!

The one in the link is very similar to mine in amenities. It is a 34 ft vs my 40 ft. It has the extra "electric beds" in the garage area. I do not have those. I notice there is no partition between the garage area and the living area. Mine does have a partition that completely closes of the garage. The one in the link has two slides - the living area and the master bedroom. Mine has three. It has a slide on each side of the living area. Both the one in the link and mine are 2008's.

yup
because its a much smaller market, any that you find are imports and rare and the price is reflected.
To be fair tho, it wouldnt be a great thing to own here as all the nice places to go are down much smaller roads.

Supply and demand, that makes sense. Without the distances we have in the US and the highway system we have, I can see that anything much over 30 ft would be not very useful.

I got a couple of still photos with my Go Pro and I am trying to upload a video. Please note my T100 in the photos. These are not lifted. :y2:

Here is my first attempt at a Go Pro video. Unfortunately, I did not have enough room to open the slides on the left side of the trailer.

I'm making this post because the last post on each page is only half width, half of your vid is covered by an add. Now let's have a look at your new toy.:y16:

That's great Carl, I love the idea and look of it. I'd never be able to reverse it 10 ft without jackknifing.:y13:
Comment on the first vid, not too bad but the volume was very low, with both my speaker and the youtube slide on full I could just get what was said.
You have me thinking, Sharron and I just stopped into a yard and looked at vans, this is about our limit. Nice little s/h fold down A-van.

Lookin real nice Carl
I reckon your gunna have a ball with that puppy
Good first go on your cam as well, the vid certainly gives a better feel than a heap of pics eh.
No probs my end with volume as I use headphones any way, but your voice did have a real strange accent. You might need to get that looked at.:y2:

I figured he had some professional "voice over" bloke that talked real funny do it for him.

Did you see "Crocodile Dundee", that's what all of us members of TT actually sound like.

Those are cool little travel trailers. I have seen both HD's and Gold Wings pulling them.

Regarding the volume, that was a learning experience for me. I should have had the open back on the camera's protective box rather than the waterproof back.

It looks like new Carl very cool indeed TUP

Thanks, Dave. It has been well cared for.

Thanks, Harry. I have made an appointment with a speech therapist. BGRIN

You are right; a video beats a bunch of pics.

f*** me that's nice!
Would be just the thing for a track weekend. Pssst! don't let Rossi see it - he'll want one too. :D

Actually that looks bigger than my first flat I lived in.

...

Thank you, G. It would definitely be good for a track weekend. I see a lot of guys diing that over here.

It is larger than the first apartment I lived in. :y2:
