I cleaned off the darn tank warning decals, all the blue dots and did a basic clean and inspection. It is brutal hot here today but I did a short ride around town. The stock (new this year) seat seems fine, I have an accurate report after a Thursday morning run up to Southern Utah. I'm going to cancel my order for the bar-end mirrors the stock mirrors are fine.
Feels small compared to my HD Swithchback, will take me a while to get used to the riding position but It fits me fairly well. I am 6' even, anyone taller of long of leg like me would feel a bit cramped.
I'll post a ride report and pics Thursday. Fun being back on Triumph.

Okay guys even though it is 106F I took a 30 miles ride. Here is my take on the bike. My last Triumph was a 2011 Scrambler 900 and it was a fun bike. Triumph has come a long way in the last 11 years!
Engine, amazing how did they drop 8 lbs, add 10HP and meet the new emission standard? It pull much stronger than my 2011, is smoother and the fly-by-wire throttle is spot on. First wired throttle bike I've ridden and Triumph nailed it, its' very responsive and linear.
Suspension, no need to upgrade like my 2011.
Seat, Triumph made a new seat this year and it too does not need to be replaced.
Instrumentation, Only has a single but any information I need can be displayed, RPM, clock, miles to empty, miles, 2 trip meters, very well laid out.
Mirrors, stock are fine, going to cancel my ordered Triumph bad-end mirrors.
Handling, The bike is more stable than previous Triumphs I've owned. It takes a bit more pressure to initiate a lean but it is responsive enough to hit the twisties aggressively.
Fun Factor, I am smiling.
Hey, they gave me a Triumph backpack, Triumph key-chain and a Triumph laptop bag.
