I'd like to change my story to 'warming my hands'.

Get well soon LL, I know how you feel. Mine itched like crazy - couldn't stop scratching even when I got the cast taken off.

I would go for physio (sp?) though. My ligaments are still very tight since my accident in march and it's hell on my wrist. I can't do pushups coz the pain in unbearable. Well I never used to before, but I'm sticking to my story.
