Running red lights is becoming such an epidemic here that if I'm at the head of the line I'm looking left and right several times as the light is about to change.
More than once I've saved myself from a crash.
I've had a few encounters with whitetail deer here. A couple were so close I thought I was a goner!
I've had encounters with moose too. One was so close I could have reached out and touched it!
You have no idea how big a moose is until you are within arms length of one.
