Been there on long rides. The worst was when I earned my Iron Butt certificate. 1080 miles in 22 hours and the coolest it got was 78, peaked at 117 at 7PM in Wakeeney, KS. That IBA number in my signature was a real sweat to get.

I try to avoid hot hot. 90’s is pretty typical in Houston, hard to avoid.

When I ride, it's at least in 90° + temps. I try to be off of the bike by 10:30 AM.
