I grew up in a Thatch roofed house and have always wanted to buy another one .I often look in the news paper to see what is on the market.
My existing house costs lots to maintain and I thought of downsizing .This would free up cash so I can travel .I go and see this thatch on Sunday .It is bigger than my house and it is beautifull .My family love it and I must admit I love it too.

The problem is it would be a straight swop .I would not be saving a cent :sad:

I have decided to stick to my guns .I must downsize.I have now seen a stand I like and I could build a thatch on it .

Oh well back to work HMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm :cash:

And you have to replace the roof every 10 years......... and you need one of those fugly poles to conduct lightening away.....AND there are spiders.... huge hairy ones with fangs and legs and all.............. AND THERE ARE SPIDERS...........
