Wondering if anyone has had any success safely removing the decals on top of the gas tank on a 2019 SS? I know the manual says to leave them alone, but I think they spoil the look of the tank. Open to suggestions form those who have been successful. Thanks.

If the decal isn't sealed by a clear coat, heat it a bit with a hair dryer, pick at a corner with a finger nail and it should then just pull off.
Any residue can be cleaned off with Varsol or some similar product.
The time to remove those stickers is when the bike is new and hasn't been exposed to the sun because you run the risk of the paint being slightly faded and when the decal is removed the difference is often very clear to see and you may wish you had left it alone.

Thanks for the input. Just got my new 2019 Street Scrambler yesterday and took the hairdryer to those decals last night. Came off easily and WD40 cleaned up any residue. Love the bike btw.
