Front Sprocket An High Revs

My Bike is a T100P from 1972
When I drive 60 mls/h the bike wil reach 4000 RPM Is that normal or should I change the front sprocket?

How many teeth do the gearbox and rear wheel sprockets have?

The gearbox sprocket is 19 teeth and the rear wheel sprocket is 43 teeth

Sounds normal as far as RPM at speed, but I'm more familiar with the 650s
