I remember Liston Chapel, a flat track guy from 1971. I have a photo of him in my garage and his number was 52d. At the time I was riding a TR-6C and he worked at the local Triumph store in Gainesville, FL. He was nice enough to let me borrow his Rickman for a couple of hours. Sometime later as part of my medical training I walked into a hospital room and Liston was laying in a bed and he told me he was paralyzed following a race (in Jacksonville I believe). I lost touch with him and some time later I learned he had passed away. I always wished I could have done more for him than fluff his pillow and make sure his water glass was pulled close......J.
