As the slave to 10 dogs.....I can tell you from experience they can climb and jump in amazing ways. My lab/bloodhound could easily make it over that fence....or try before getting hung up in a loose spot

Ah so it was just not me then I think it must have been held by the cop but I nearly got a bit with it jumping around like that
