I’m 5’2” with a 29.5” inseam and I’m hoping to get honest feedback as to whether the Street Twin will be able to work for me. I’m curious if modifications would need to be made. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think back to when I was shopping around. I've a 31.5 " inseam. I'm sure I tried the Street Twin, and found it comfortable, with an easy flat-foot stance, until I pulled my feet up on to the pegs. Then it was too short for me; too much bend in the knee fo me. The only way you will know for sure is to go sit on one.

I have a short friend that just bought a T 120 and has no problems so you should be good on a Street Twin. Maybe even the T 100(T120 frame with the Street Twin engine 900cc) or T 120. Go try one and find out. Good luck in whatever you decide.

I am 5 3" with a 29.5 inseam and I can flat foot the street twin. I came from a 2012 ninja 650 and am enjoying the street twin much more. Even though the street twin is a bit heavier than my ninja with the lower seat height I can manouver it much more easily when straddling the bike and pushing it around.
I don't think you will be disappointed with this bike. I was looking at Harley sportsters and Yamaha bolts bit after test riding then I didn't like the ride position and also the weight of those bikes, they felt slow and sluggish. The street twin is a blast, you get the retro looks with the modern features and a refined ride.

I'm 5'5" and can totally flat foot on the ST, so I think you'll be fine as long as you're comfortable with with your reach to the ground. Depending on your build, you might find the handlebar a bit of reach and requiring more forward lean than a taller rider. I rotated my handlebar towards me a bit. Though that lowered the grips slightly, the slightly shorter reach was far more comfortable overall. If you feel the reach for you is going to be a bit too much, I'd ask a dealership about different handlebars or possible risers that also reduce reach.

I’m 5’4” with a 29” inseam. I can’t completely flat foot my 2019 Street Twin, but I’m not up on my toes either. I do feel like the bars are a little far away. I may try rotating them a bit.

I agree with others that you’ll know when you sit on it.

I bought mine in July, and love it. Good luck finding the right ride for you!

You need to try one yourself, I am around 170 cm and can reach the ground on my 020 model with both feet flat. You can also get a low seat as an option. This my personal opinion at the risk of offending owners of Bobbers, I brought a new Bobber Black due to it being low and me having 2 prosthetic knees. was happy after a 2 hr test ride, once I got it home and started riding on rural/country rides, I traded it on the Street Twin. Bye way I even changed the rear shock and had work done on the forks. So be careful that a salesman does not 'push' you towards something that does not suit your needs because it has a low seat height.
