FYI, the part may be called sprocket cover. I found a sprocket cover kit (no pictures), chrome or black, for about $40, from Hermy's in PA.
See what T1260967 pulls up. Safe start is on the clutch side.

Putting that part number in Hermy's search includes an exploded diagram with 2 different gaskets, one of which ought to be correct.
That was the wrong one. Mean to type the one ending in 7.
The TTP safe start installs under the clutch cover.

yes clutch cover I almost always buy my parts from them. I found the exploded photo with I think item 7 being the gasket but they only list on part down there. and it isn't the clutch cover gasket. I will try punching in the number like you said and see what happens.
If you look at the my post with the listed numbers in the picture, it should give you the right one. I believe yours is the same as mine. I did the TTP boss reinforcement on mine as well. I did post a thread on the forum here on it.

weird if I click that gasket it says it does not fit the America. and if I do search by America with my year it shows the gasket in exploded drawing with no gasket P/N available. I hate to order the wrong one.
I called the local-ish dealer and they said they would call me back. uh.... ok but when. they must be super busy over there in Oklahoma City
From what I’ve briefly researched, it’s the same one as for my motorcycle, the Thruxton and other Bonneville variants.

one ends in 7 says clutch cover. one that ends in 9 says gear change cover gasket. looks like exact same picture same part different number. I was looking here

You’ll want the clutch cover one. That’s where the idler boss gear is.
