Nice video with great music, where is the camera mounted as it is giving a nice view.

The one thing that does worry me is seeing how you insist on riding on the wrong side of the road, what would happen if a car was coming from the opposite direction and they decided to ride on the right side of the road  In this case do two wrongs make a right :D

The camera is mounted on the handlebar next to the mirror mount. I'll try to get a photo of it shortly.

Around here you never know what side of the road the cagers are going to be driving on, it can get pretty wild some times.

Great video, Tony. Enjoy that new ride. What are your impressions so far?

So far my impressions are pretty much :chicken:with a side of:Champ:

I was questioning going from a 955 to 800 but haven't noticed any down side to the lower displacement, not like I used all of the 955 so I don't know why I was really questioning the difference. To be perfectly honest, I thought the Girlie was the best all around bike that Triumph offered and it fit my needs. Now that I've got a few (very few) miles on the 800XC, I'm beginning to think that Triumph may have come up with the bike to replace the Girlie as the best all around bike. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it is better than the Bonnie, America, Thunderbird, Rocket, Speed Triple or the others, it's just in my opinion the best all around bike. I don't think it could compete with the others in their intended area but if you placed them all in each area and compared them, the 800XC would be the best across all areas. But that's just my 2 cents worth and you know what a couple pennies are worth.

That is exactly how I have my GoPro mounted. It is really about the only good option we have.

I agree with your assessment. My 800XC is the best all around bike I have owned in 56 years of riding.
