Jet Ski that is - 160 hp - 75+ mph. Makes you grin so much your face hurts.

Makes me want to go back and get the supercharged 300 horsepower model that they claim will do 100+ mph.

I have moved my T100 to my lake house in the Ozark mountains. Now I'm on a great motorcycle road as soon as I leave my driveway and no matter which direction I choose to go. I have found a nearby highway that I think will out curve the legendary dragon in the Smoky Mountains - over 20 miles with a speed limit of 25 and hundreds of 15 mph curves; it has one relatively flat stretch where you can see about 1/4 mile ahead and that stretch has 4 heavily banked curves in it. I may do a video, but at the very least I'm going to measure the distance and count the curves - it may deserve a name and a T shirt of its own.

Oh, I now have a guitar website (still under development) ozarkridgeguitars.com

Check it out!

Speed on the water and speed on land are two distinct and dissimilar sensations. For a given speed - speed on the water is perceived as MUCH faster than it actually is.

That JetSki's gonna be FUN! Be careful.

Wow, thats a full on guitar sales effort there ! Did you buy used guitars for a long time in anticipation of doing this or if not, where did you get that many guitars? They seem to mostly if not all be used, right? Unlike new they would have to all be in your stock, which means you must have a warehouse, no? I'm just trying to figure how you got to this point. Maybe you have/had a brick and mortar shop ?

Buying guitars is like modifying a car or a bike; once you get started, you kind of get carried away. I have bought 3 more guitars since I posted this 3 days ago. I have enough expertise that I usually make about $200 on each guitar I buy; sometimes a lot more, and very rarely take a small loss. Fortunately, the better brands appreciate and my inventory serves me as pretty good investment as I watch the value of the dollar decline and see my stock holdings stedily declining in value.

I went for a pretty good ride Sunday. I took the back roads from Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas to Ash Flat (had deer cross the road in front of me 3 times); filled up with gas in Ash Flat and then took the South route back to Horseshoe Bend (back and forth across the Strawberry river); finally, I decided to explore a bit in the Horseshoe Bend area where there are dozens and dozens of developed mountain roads with no houses and no traffic.

I got really PO'd with my Garmin NUVI GPS as it doesn't tell you if a street is paved, gravel or just a dirt road that is little more than a cow path. Several times I turned onto roads that showed connections to where I wanted to go only to have the road disappear into nothing more than a grown up (meaning waist high grass, scrub and small trees) lane between old growth trees. That can be really scary when you are in the mountains as sometimes these clear cuts run straight up to the edge of high cliffs.

I am always very cautious when I select "shortest" route as this same NUVI has lead me onto roads as steep as hill climbs (up and down), to complete dead ends and worst of all roads that literally end on the top of cliffs with no barriers. Shortest routes are definitely not for night or rainy weather travel in the mountains.

Congrats on the jet ski, Gary. I really like them. I used to do a lot of jet skiing when I lived in St Augustine.

I like your website. Nice job! TUP

I use my Nuvi to find adventure rides. You need a new Tiger 800! :y2:
