My 2008 T100 has a problem in that the paint at the base of the barrels and on the front of the engine is peeling off.
Any suggestions on touching up or fixing?

Not sure on what would be the best way to sort this out as I have not used engine paint in years. Sure someone here will be able to come up with a good easy fix for something like that

That probably isn't an easy paint to match although it looks to be, finding just the right amount of semi-gloss / matte black could be tough.

Perhaps a Triumph dealer could either have it, or could shed some light on the subject.

If not, then charcoal grill heat paint would probably be you best bet.

nail on the head AJ ! thats what i use you can get it in satin black now which is a perfect match for my trophy.
a tip though ! dont spay it on ,you have to mask of everything !
just spray small amounts in to the lid of the can and let it thicken a bit ,and use a very small paint brush to paint it on . works great !
and you can take your time and get it spot on :y2:

I think I would have a word with a dealer
that should be covered under warranty, even tho it is past two years.
