I swear, if i were Jay Leno rich i'd do the same thing as him except no cars, just bikes, and a HUGE percentage would be late 60's thru late 70's Jap bikes. I guess you love what you grew up with. I would start with every 2 stroke suzuki street bike ever made, my fav Jap bikes ever.

I actually saw one for sale a few years back in not such great condition and they were asking a bit much for it, I cannot remember the actual price but at that time I thought it was huge. Never seen another one since then
That is pretty much what I have in mind or maybe even a little smaller. I am keeping my eyes open for one - even if I have to rebuild it.
A 250 would do the trick for this type of riding

True. But if you find a good deal on a 360 don't necessarily pass it up. Like all bikes they have this thing called a throttle that can make it act just like a 250.
