Well, I watched the entire trial on True TV live and had I been on that jury, she'd be guilty of at least manslaughter (which was an option).

I say that because there is no innocent or reasonable explanation for her (the Mother's) actions regardless of HOW she died. Even IF it were an accident......no one in their right mind would store the child's body in the trunk of their car, do 84 internet searches for chloroform (of which there were traces found in her trunk), cover the child's mouth and nose with duct tape, put her in three garbage bags and throw her in the swamp, go on a partying rampage, and then lie about her being kidnapped to the police.

That answered a question I had, was there other options.

Since I didn't watch any of the trial I can not judge what should have been the verdict. All I saw was news reports.

I think it is time that we turn our backs on the POS and not look at anything that is paid to her for and not read or pay for anything that is produced so that she can make a penny.

I agree with you Dave but I also know there are people right now chomping at the bit to buy her book.

Here are the options the jury had -

1. Capital murder in the first degree - possible death sentence or life in prison without parole.
2. Murder in the first degree - life in prison with the possibility (read probability) of parole.
3. Second degree murder - not premeditated.
3. Manslaugher - unintentional killing

The jury did not even find her guilty of child abuse which was another charge.

According to the law of the land she didn't kill the first one therefore your comment may be libelous.

You are correct.

I agree 100%; bust as Tony said, I know people personally who are waiting eagerly to read her lies - I mean her book.
