The farm down the road from me about 1 mile has a herd of about 70 buffalo which he butchers and sells, so I get it fresh in steaks or grated. We never buy beef anymore.
Anyone like those frozem "steak-um" burgers? Whats better?

Wow, i wish i could get that here. Actually there was a store near me that carried unusual meats like that and i'm sure had it. I just need to see if they are still there....i never think about it as i drive by but it may still be there. If so i'll see if they have it and what it costs. If it's very expensive i'll probably pass for fear of getting hooked on some food that would break me.
