Aluminium Tank

Silverneck of Germany produces an aluminium tank.
Does it resemble like any used on the old Triumphs? (Certainly not the original “Slippery Sam†as they call it.)

Joao, the tank looks good; but I don't recall seeing anything very similar in the"day". It is not retro.

I have visited an alu-tank builder in Belgium, even in Vlaams Brabant.
He builds Alu tanks the traditional way, with an English Wheel. Full hand made, TIG welded, with Monza filler cap ...
One cap left,right, two caps, you name it.
I've seem tanks for BSA motorcross bikes, a tank for a BMW café ra

as I was saying, a tank for a BMW caféracer, Triton tanks and so on...
Build the way YOU want it. Full custom made.
the alu gets polished and than it gets a layer of varnish. No maintainance or polishing..

Thanks Etienne but I already bought a brand-new Bonneville tank at MC Guy.
I didn't want to paint my black/red T100 tank.
Now I will have the two original tanks (TBS and T100) in storage :y18:
